OUR POLICY
The Company is committed to a safe, healthy and productive workplace for all employees. Our policy is to ensure that all employees, contractors and our facilities are free from drug and alcohol abuse. Zero tolerance limit is enforced.
The Company reserves the right at any time to conduct search on any employee (including sub-contractor’s employees or its representatives) and his/her personal belongings while he/she is working onboard vessels and/or within the Company offices premises in enforcing this policy.
Violations to this policy will be subject to disciplinary action by termination of employment and if required referred to the law enforcement officers.
I hereby commit all the company’s resources for the attainment of the Drug and Alcohol policy and its objective.

Ensure that the ships and services we operate and provide are in compliance with mandatory rules,
regulations, legal requirements, applicable codes, guidelines recommended by International Maritime Organization, flag administrators, classification societies and maritime industry’s standards and best practices to which we subscribe
Provide the necessary resources, organization and training
Periodically review the health, safety and environmental protection system, its set objectives and
targets to ensure continual improvement
Reduce Waste Generation and Emission of CO2 and increase energy efficiency
Set and monitor targets for continuous improvement of HSE and appraise and report performance
The management is fully committed to achieve its HSE policy and its objectives, and hereby calls upon all employees and contractors to comply with requirements prescribed in the ISM code on board vessel.
This serves to reiterate our commitment to achieve our goal of No Harm to people, environment and property.
In line with our HSE policy where our objectives are stipulated, it is the right of any Company’s employees including the client, contractor and sub-contractor personnel have the right to STOP THE WORK if and when there is an immediate threat to the above:
You personally observer a hazard or hazardous situation / adverse weather condition / Critical Work Operation;
When action by an individual or a team is non-compliance with the set standard procedure and/or approved JHA/JSA thus imposing risks in performing tasks; and/or
You have no other immediate option to get the situation corrected. Steps to Stop Work:
Warn any person who is at risk calmly
Tell the person performing the operation in question that you are issuing a
Stop Work.
Once the work is stop, report to immediate line supervisor and to DPA.
Revaluate Risk Assessment. Do not resume the work until risk has been mitigated.
Everyone within the organization is empowered to exercise Stop Work Policy.
